Get to know account profiles.
Information about groups of individuals is stored in account profiles within your Hull organization. A group of individuals can be an an account, organization, team or any similar concept you can come up with.
In contrast to user profiles, account profiles have only one type of data which is attributes: Attributes are pieces of information you know about the group of individuals. For example this can be the number of employees, website or any other information you want to store - this is up to you!
There are three different types of attributes:
- Reserved Attributes: We have standardized some attributes, you should only use them for their intended meaning.
- Ungrouped Attributes: If you do not specify a particular attribute group, all attributes will be stored in with the default group called
- Grouped Attributes: Most of our Connectors store attributes in groups, so you can easily distinguish the source, e.g. Intercom, and apply logic on top of them. Groups provide an easy way to manage and organize information about an individual.
Besides the attributes, you can see all linked users to the particular account. Users can be either identified or anonymous. Anonymous users do not have personal identifiable attributes, but give you an idea how many potential prospects you have for an account.
