We offer various pricing plans to fit the needs of your business.
Our pricing tiers are based on two metrics, the number of installed connectors and the number of incoming requests. Please contact us to help you determine the right plan for your company.
What is a Connector?
All first or third-party integrations that communicate with the Hull platform are connectors. If you install multiple connectors of the same type, e.g. multiple Processors, every installed instance counts towards your plan limit.
What is an Incoming Request?
Generally speaking, an incoming request is every request that is made to the Hull platform for any particular object.
The following are examples of incoming requests:
- Attribute change for a user
- Tracked event for a user
- Attribute change for an account
If you batch operations in one API request, every distinct operation will count as one request. If you track for example multiple page views for the same user and send them in one API call to Hull, each event will count as one incoming request.
Do you charge an on-boarding fee?
Yes we do charge a non-refundable one-time on-boarding fee. This fee covers a guided setup of your first use-case, evaluation of your data model and best practices.
What happens if I exceed the limits during the annual contract period?
We automatically bill any overages to the credit card on file, so you don't have any interruption in service. Overage charges are determined every monthly billing cycle and will move you to the next pricing tier.
Do you offer a trial?
At the moment we don't offer a trial, please contact sales for options how to evaluate our service.
